Yup, the unit where I just replaced the DFI and pinch kit did this about 1 day after replacement and won't even cycle now. I have another unit with the pinch detect fault so I will try the bypass on that unit. These things are such trash.I hate my litter robot. I have gotten a full replacement after 18 months of mostly good experience with my robot. This new one has been sent to the “shop” where they found nothing wrong with it, it pinches every cycle, always says it’s full, rotates the wrong direction, over torque faults, dump position faults. Disassemble. 1. Turn the base over so it is upside down. 2. Remove the 9 screws connecting the bottom of the base to the top of the base. 1 screw at the back of the unit behind the black cat sensor foot. 3. Gently lift to separate the two halves of the base.
